Finding yourself.
Again and again.

Astrological Chart Analysis & Personal Self-Exploration in an Integral Framework.

Astrology

The birth chart is a symbolic map of different qualities and patterns that can manifest in our lives in many ways. The planets, signs, houses, and the relationships between them offer a language through which we can explore our inner world, recognise our strengths, and understand recurring tensions or challenges. During a chart reading, we look at how these qualities come together in your unique experience. The same symbol can express itself differently in each person — becoming a source of strength in one area and a source of difficulty in another. The symbols can act as a mirror, helping you see something familiar from a new perspective. These moments of recognition can bring clarity and validation, but understanding alone doesn't necessarily change how we experience ourselves.
The birth chart offers a map and a language for self-understanding. An individual self-exploration journey creates space to integrate these insights and discover how they can become meaningful in your everyday life.

Self-exploration

Individual self-exploration sessions offer a safe, quiet, and non-judgmental space where you can let go of external expectations and simply be yourself. The aim is to help you gain a deeper understanding of your inner world, your patterns, and the motivations that shape your experience. We begin with your everyday experiences, emotional tensions, or relationship dynamics, exploring them step by step. Alongside attentive presence and thoughtful reflection, we draw on cognitive approaches, body-based imagery, and meditative stillness. This allows you to explore and process what emerges not only through understanding, but also on an emotional and bodily level.
The pace and depth of each session are guided by your own needs and inner rhythm. As familiar patterns gradually soften, automatic reactions can give way to greater awareness and the freedom to choose how you respond. The aim is not simply intellectual understanding, but a more grounded sense of inner stability, presence, and connection with yourself in everyday life.

Integrating Insight and Experience

The meeting of astrology and self-exploration creates a natural connection between insight and lived experience. The birth chart offers a subtle inner map, revealing the underlying patterns of your personality. Yet a chart reading alone is like holding a map in your hands — it helps you see the terrain, but you are the one who must take the steps. In the integrative self-exploration process, we explore how the symbols reflected in your chart take shape in your everyday life. Drawing on the tools of integral psychology, we bring these insights into your lived experience, allowing you to explore them on a deeper, more personal level.
Astrology provides a clear focus and a sense of direction, while the integral approach helps transform symbolic understanding into lived experience. These symbols are not boundaries, but keys — helping you name and make sense of inner experiences that may be difficult to put into words, so you can step more courageously into your own life and begin to walk your own path.

Beyond the Stories

At a certain point, self-discovery becomes less about adding more labels to yourself or trying to figure out who you are. Instead, it becomes about learning to recognise your roles, familiar defences, and personal narratives without fully identifying with any of them. It is about being present in your experiences while knowing that you are not defined by your fears or patterns.
There is no point at which we are finally “complete.” One door opens into another, and as you move forward, you gradually let go of more and more of the expectations you no longer need to carry.
Perhaps the question is not how to find yourself, but what remains when you no longer need to keep defining who you are.

The Integral Approach

The integral approach is a comprehensive theoretical and practical framework developed by American philosopher Ken Wilber. It brings together scientific, psychological, and spiritual perspectives to offer a broader understanding of human experience and development. At its core is a simple idea: we benefit from looking at ourselves through multiple perspectives. What we think and feel matters, but so do our behaviours, relationships, social and cultural environments, and the developmental processes we move through. One of its central models is AQAL (All Quadrants, All Levels), which brings together five key dimensions:* Quadrants — individual and collective, inner and outer perspectives.
* Levels — different stages of consciousness and personality development.
* Lines — the development of different capacities and intelligences, such as cognitive, emotional, and moral intelligence.
* States — temporary states of consciousness, such as waking, dreaming, and meditation.
* Types — different patterns and styles of human functioning.
In practice, this means exploring an issue from more than one angle. A recurring difficulty, for example, may involve thought patterns, emotional responses, bodily experiences, relationship dynamics, or earlier developmental experiences — often several at once. The integral approach offers a framework for bringing these different dimensions together, helping us develop a more nuanced understanding of ourselves and the complexities of our lives.

About me

My background is in social sciences, and my path has taken me through working with children, living abroad, and working in the world of software development. These were very different environments, each bringing out different aspects of me and revealing something new about how we show up in different areas of life.
These experiences deepened my sense that there is always a deeper structure underlying how we function. While external circumstances and the roles we take on constantly change, our inner patterns follow their own logic. Recognising these patterns is what allows us to gain a clearer understanding of ourselves.
My studies have been shaped by this dual focus: structured understanding and process-oriented guidance. In 2020, I completed a two-year astrology training programme, and I have continued to deepen my knowledge ever since, with a particular affinity for Hellenistic and traditional astrology. I gained my foundation in facilitation and methodology through my training at Integrál Akadémia, and I currently work as an integral counsellor.

Methods

Our work begins with a birth chart reading, which provides a starting point for the self-exploration process. Astrological symbols are connected to personal experience as we explore how the themes reflected in your chart show up in everyday life, relationships, and inner processes. During our sessions, we can also revisit your lived experiences through the lens of your chart, allowing the two perspectives to enrich and complement one another. The self-exploration process is grounded in an integral psychological approach, exploring human experience from multiple perspectives — through the interplay of thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, inner imagery, and relationship patterns. The methods we may draw on include:

  • Reflective dialogue and exploring new perspectives

  • Cognitive and focused techniques

  • Body-oriented and experiential practices, including parts work

  • Inner imagery, meditation, and relaxation

The methods are always adapted to the topic at hand and the needs of your individual process.
